Do This Today To Succeed In 2026
How to take the right step towards improving your health

I see it every single year.
Every New Year, people set a resolution to lose weight, get healthier, or finally do something for their bodies.
And every year, it starts off amazing.
The first few weeks of January are GREAT.
But then the burnout hits.
Why? Because we overwhelm ourselves.
Having big goals for your health is awesome—I genuinely love that energy.
But you also have to cut yourself some slack.
If you’ve never worked out before, saying, “I’m going to work out 6 times a week for the rest of my life starting 2026” isn’t realistic.
That’s just not how habits work.
What does work is taking baby steps.
Start by getting clear on what you actually want to achieve this year.
Then, write out reasonable steps that allow you to stay consistent long enough to see results.
For example, if your goal is to work out more—don’t jump straight into 6 days a week.
Start with 2–3 days. Build a routine. Ride that wave for a bit.
Once that feels easy, add another day.
Keep stacking momentum until you reach the level that feels sustainable for you.
You might even realize you don’t want to train 6 days a week—and that 4 days makes you feel strong, energized, and happy.
That’s absolutely fine.
The win isn’t how many days you train.
The win is that you didn’t burn out.
You took your time.
You built a habit.
So instead of overwhelming yourself this year, start smaller than you think you should.
I promise—you’ll make it much further than the end of January.
You’ve got this.
