Don’t Rely on Your Emotions - Rely on Your Plan

Our emotions are loud.

You ever go to a rock concert and they warn you that you may want some earplugs?

Our emotions are THAT loud.

Sometimes we need some emotional earplugs to block the noise of doubt, jealously, and laziness.

When deciding to work on our health, whether that is physical or mental, there are going to be times where we don’t want to do what we need to do.

Especially with working out.

There are days where you are going to be tired and not feeling like going to the gym.

This is where we must overcome our emotions and stick to our plan.

We create a plan so that we have something to fall on when we don’t have a lot of motivation.

Keep your gym bag by the door, packed with a change of clothes.

Create a workout plan so that you don’t have to question when your rest days are, or what you are working out that day.

Have an accountability partner who can motivate you when you are feeling down.

These plans are here for a reason because not everyday is going to be easy.

Keep your head up high, I’m rooting you.
