Everything in it’s Right Place

I find the majority of the time people will push off their goals because the “timing isn’t right”.

Whether they are busy with a new job, have to take care of kids, or something else that just seems to take up all their headspace.

People typically put their health second when something important comes up.

This can be an issue because with all the distractions, we can tend to worsen our health without us noticing.

Today, I want to remind you that the timing may never seem right to take care of yourself, so even if you can do something as small as go for a 10 minute walk, this is already on the right track in taking care of YOU.

It’s easy to think that taking care of our health is a massive task, or requires us to go ALL in, but that’s not true.

You can start with one workout a week, or eat more protein than you usually do.

Little things that are steps towards great habits, but don’t seem too overwhelming are key to getting our foot in the door to a healthy lifestyle.

I urge you not to get overwhelmed when your life is busy, but just start with very small steps towards the direction of a healthy lifestyle, rather than putting off your health completely until everything is in it’s right place.
