Home Workouts Vs. Gym Workouts
The beginning of my fitness journey consisted of 30 minute workouts in my room. Doing whatever I could with any weights I could find.
Many people have the same experience. Typically the home is where everyone feels the most comfortable, making the beginning of a fitness journey easy because you have no one staring at you.
These workouts are a great start because it teaches us basic movements like pushups, squats, lunges, or any other body weight exercises.
Eventually there will come a time where you cannot progress any farther. This is when a gym membership comes in handy.
Since you've already built some basic foundation at home, moving to a gym is a little easier.
The workouts can become more advanced and allow you to constantly be able to progress.
Both home and gym workouts have many benefits, and will be different pillars in your fitness journey. So, no matter where you are in that journey, you are making the right steps to a healthier lifestyle.
Benefits of Pre-Workout
Pre-workout is an amazing tool to get a better workout.
A simple supplement that can help with many parts of exercising
The benefits consist of:
More Energy - Caffeine is one of the main ingredients, helping boost your energy to start the workout.
More Focus - Taurine is a common ingredient that helps with your focus throughout the workout.
Better Pumps - L-Citrulline is going to be one of the more common ingredients that will help you with increase nitric oxide production, meaning better pumps.
Tingles - Beta-Alanine is going to be the reason you feel a tingle or itch on your skin after you take it. This can help with prolonged performance during the workout.
Pre-workout is not necessary to take for better gains, however if you are lacking in some of these points, it might be best to try it out.
