Look Back And See How Far You've Come
It can sometimes be easy to fall into a trap of thinking that you haven’t made any progress at all.
Whether that’s in the gym, or with your overall health.
We can feel like we haven’t achieved the body we wished for, or we didn’t lose the exact amount of fat that we wanted to.
But we must remind ourselves that our past self would be proud of how far we’ve come.
There was a time where you didn’t work out at all, or didn’t care what you ate for dinner each day.
There was a version of you who thought you could never step foot into a gym without feeling judged.
We are always improving ourselves in one way or another.
Progress isn’t just about how much you lift or what the scale says; it's about the mindset shift, the habits you’ve built, and the fact that you didn’t quit.
If you are constantly trying to be one percent better each day, these small things compound into massive changes in your life.
Your past self would be proud of you and how far you’ve come.
